The Incubator: A Life Coaching Intensive with Bethany Merold
WHAT IS ‘THE INCUBATOR’?
‘The Incubator’ is a 3 hour long trauma-informed life-coaching intensive designed to help you go more deeply into your healing experience & achieve faster results than you would in a typical 60-minute once-weekly life-coaching experience. The goal of ‘The Incubator’ is to help you uncover your blocks & integrate your shadow portions of self within a shorter time frame, so that you can move on with your life in a more beautifully optimized way.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN ‘THE INCUBATOR’?
You will receive five total hours of coaching during ‘The Incubator’ by way of three sessions with Bethany:
One Intake & Assessment Session (90 minutes)
One Trauma-Informed Life-Coaching Intensive (3 hours)
One Follow-up Session (30 minutes)
WHAT CAN I EXPECT WITHIN EACH OF THE THREE COACHING SESSIONS?
1) THE 90-MINUTE INTAKE & ASSESSMENT SESSION: During the initial intake appointment we will discuss your goals for the three-hour intensive sessions, define our focus points for the session, & identify resourcing techniques for your continued growth to utilize after completion of our session. During this time, we will also determine if one 3-hour long session is a sufficient amount of time to achieve your goals in a sustainable way, and whether it is necessary for us to add additional intensive sessions to our schedule. This initial session will allow us to identify if we will need as little as one or as many as four intensive sessions, depending on your needs & desired outcomes..
2) THE 3-HOUR LIFE-COACHING INTENSIVE: The 3-hour life-coaching intensive session(s) will begin with identifying target memories & utilizing our previously identified resourcing techniques in order to reprocess and clear the distress (aka energetic blocks) associated with the target memories.
3) THE 30-MINUTE FOLLOW-UP SESSION: The follow up session is scheduled a few weeks after we complete the intensive sessions & will be only 30 minutes in length. This session is intended to be an energetic check-in, allowing me to gauge how your day-to-day lived experience has been following the completion of our intensive session(s), and to re-evaluate recommendations for next steps & continued therapeutic & self-care.

HOW IS ‘THE INCUBATOR’ DIFFERENT FROM OTHER 1:1 LIFE COACHING &/OR THERAPY EXPERIENCES?
‘The Incubator’ is not intended to be a long-term alternative to other consistent life-coaching & therapy experiences. ‘The Incubator’ is intended for your rapid growth – facilitated in a trauma-informed manner – in order to get you optimized in moving forward into your most abundant life.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN ‘THE INCUBATOR’?
‘The Incubator’ is designed for adults (people who are 18 years of age & older) of all ages from all walks of life. This program is for anyone who is ready for a trauma-informed rapid-growth experience
WHAT IS THE COST & HOW CAN I PAY?
‘The Incubator’ begins at $750.00 USD and is a 100% direct pay for service experience. Payment is due in full at time of booking. Any reimbursement from out-of-network insurance is your responsibility to manage with your insurance provider. The breakdown of the $750.00 USD total is as follows:
